Stay at the Historic Hotel Denver
The Historic Hotel Denver is just blocks from the 2010 Historic Ghost Walk at Linwood Cemetery and a creepy night walk through Glenwood Springs’ famous Pioneer Cemetery is Western Colorado’s best prelude to Halloween!

This is the only way to enjoy a history lesson as costumed guides lead you past the tombstones of such legendary Wild West figures as Doc Holliday, who was one of the guns in the famous shootout at the O.K. Corral, and "Kid Curry" Logan, a member of Butch Cassidy’s "Wild Bunch."
As you can imagine, this tour sells out every year, so get your hotel accomodations at the Hotel Denver now!
Meet at the trailhead to Linwood (Pioneer) Cemetery at 12th and Bennett where tour guides lead you up to and through Glenwood’s oldest cemetery and hear "Doc" Holliday and Kid Curry as well as many other Glenwood Springs pioneers tell their stories in a way you will never forget.
Tickets are $15 per person and go on sale October 1, 2010. Call the Frontier Historical Museum at (970) 945-4448 for more information.
Bring a flashlight or lantern and dress appropriately for autumn in Colorado.
The trail to the cemetery is a moderately strenuous hike. Kerosene lanterns are also available for purchase at the trailhead for $10.
