Stories from the Hotel Denver in Glenwood Springs

Stay at the Hotel Denver in downtown Glenwood Springs

The historic Hotel Denver is in downtown Glenwood Springs and its proximity to the Amtrak Train Station, the Hot Springs Pool and some of the best restaurants in Glenwood Springs makes it a prime spot for just about everything – including the best place to hear some good stories about the city.

The Story about the Tour Bus Downtown Glenwood

A tour bus stops in Glenwood Springs and after a group of ladies walk around downtown Glenwood Springs, they decide they would rather remain in Glenwood Springs and get picked up a few days later on the way back rather than go on to other cities with the bus.

So the bus pulls out and the ladies remain.

Ten minutes later the bus winds around the block again and the driver hops off the bus.

“Ladies?” He asks. “Didn’t you hear me say, ‘No!”

"Oh!" The ladies smile. “We thought you said, ‘Go!”
